NEW Items – Eligible for Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

Return Window: You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused condition.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Preloved Items – Final Sale
All sales of preloved items are final.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect and describe every preloved item, including any wear, fading, or flaws. That said, these items have had a previous life, and once in a while, we may miss something, but we promise it’s never intentional. We appreciate your understanding and your support in giving these items a second life!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kindmotherhood.ab@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
