Shipping policy

All items will be shipped with a tracking number via Canada Post or UPS. You will be notified at the time of shipping via an email with your tracking number. If you have a preference please contact us at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are stated for Canadian and international's orders below:

Canada: 3 - 9 Business Days

USA: 1-3 Weeks

International: 1 - 3 Weeks

Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD within Canada. Any other orders outside of Calgary will pay a flat rate of $20 within Canada. If you wish to have your order delivered within 1-2 business days and you’re in the Calgary region we include a $5 delivery charge.

Remember, there is of course always the free pickup option if you are local to the Calgary region (more about that below).

 

If you are in Calgary or the surrounding area and would like to pick up your order please select Pick Up at Checkout and in 1-2 business days you can pick your order up at the 

 

All applicable taxes will be based on your province or territory.

 

USA Orders - Taxes and Duties 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.
